Lead the product design of ZoomInfo’s global suite of products. As a hands-on User Experience Director, I am responsible for not only executing product design strategy but managing, mentoring, and ensuring successful delivery of work for a team of (15+) User Experience resources across multiple products and locations.
KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Successfully executed the migration of all of ZoomInfo’s Admin experiences to a single unified Admin platform
Directed the successful design and deployment of Admin features for Zoominfo’s suite of products including User Management, connecting integrations, auto-provisioning, and Account Based Experience (ABX)
Responsible for the day-to-day mentoring and managing multiple Design Managers

Leading the strategic vision and delivery for ZoomInfo’s global suite of products. As a hands-on User Experience Leader, I am responsible for not only executing product design but managing, mentoring, and ensuring successful delivery work of a team of (8+) User Experience resources.

Successfully created a new recruitment platform from inception to release that generates multi-million dollars in revenue

Spearhead end-to-end user experiences for global audience of 130,000 employees across all of Honeywell’s business units. Conduct measurable user research, voice of the customer, customer journey mapping, touch point and stakeholder analysis, concept creation and ideation, task analysis, heuristic evaluation, and usability testing for wide variety of products. Executed user experience strategies with estimated contract value of $150M.
KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Design and execute user experience strategies, including largest human resources project implementing single time and attendance system (estimated contract value of $60M).
Facilitate international meetings, including Journey Mapping, Ideation Sessions, and User Research Focus Groups for multiple global project initiatives.
